The Little Purple House Campaign brings visibility to the 840 adults and children—known by name—who are currently experiencing homelessness in Northern Colorado and waiting for housing resources.
During Homelessness Awareness Month, November 1st – 30th 2025, 840 little purple houses have been hidden throughout our community in workplaces, libraries, faith communities, and public spaces. Twelve white houses have also been hidden, representing the twelve unhoused individuals who died last year while waiting for housing.
Just like our unhoused neighbors who are often "hidden in plain sight," these houses remind us of the real people behind the statistics. Each house includes information about how you can help.
This annual awareness campaign is a project of the Murphy Center Partner Council—eight nonprofit organizations working together to make homelessness rare, short-lived, and non-recurring in our community.
