Who We Are
The Murphy Center Partner Council includes Catholic Charities, Crossroads Safehouse, Family Housing Network, Fort Collins Rescue Mission, Homeward Alliance, The Matthews House, Outreach Fort Collins and SummitStone Health Partners.

What We Do
Together we outreach, shelter, support and serve unhoused and unstably housed youth, families, individuals, veterans, seniors and those fleeing domestic violence across Fort Collins and beyond. We are united in our common goal to make homelessness in our community rare, short-lived, and non-recurring.
A Collective Approach
By bringing together multiple organizations that serve people experiencing homelessness, the Murphy Center Partner Council works as a team toward common goals and better results for those we help. Members meet regularly to coordinate their services, share information, advocate for shared interests, and discuss how to best support individuals and families. This partnership allows organizations to learn from each other, stay
informed about people using multiple services, spot areas where more help is needed, and connect clients to the right resources more easily. Working together in this way also ensures that the Murphy Center can evolve and meet changing community needs.

Get Involved
The Murphy Center Partner Council's collaborative work depends on community support to succeed. Whether you have time to volunteer or resources to donate, your contribution makes a real difference in the lives of people experiencing homelessness in Larimer County. By getting involved, you become part of a coordinated effort to help our neighbors move from crisis to stability. To learn more about opportunities or to make a donation, please visit the Murphy Center website or contact any Partner Council member organization.
